As you can see the discs are marked in an area that seems weird.
I'm sure that the IS adapters are of the right size so maybe I have done something else wrong?
Front disc is 203 and rear is 180
yes. your pads dont make enough contact with the brake surface. can you look inside the caliper? you should see the brake pads touch the top of the rotor. no overlaping. right now its to far down,there should be no brakeing pattern on the struds of the rotor.1.use some washers untill the pads are even with the top of the rotor. same happend to me😅

are the brake pads with us, if yes try putting some brake cleaner and brake it out
