    This is a brand new bike. Has maybe 4 hours ridden. Not totally sure what the issue is.

      Your QR skewer may be misaligned causing brake disk rub…or maybe your QR skewer is too tight.

      Just needs brake adjustment.
      Give kitty scritches.
      Check skewer / make sure wheel is centered and snug.
      Snuggle kitten.
      Loosen bolts on caliper.
      Pet cat.
      Center rotor in caliper.
      More snuggles.
      Tighten caliper.
      Pet the kitty more.
      Go ride.

      Either bent disc or misaligned brake calipers, did you get this bike delivered to you in a box?
