Keep an eye on the top of the seat tube, seat post clamp area. I have heard a few reports of the Leaders frame-cracking in this area to become written off.
Not a malevolent roast in light cheer, but a heads up to alert you to any safety issues. Godspeed!

Why not cut the steerer tube? Or just ride it with the spacer underneath the stem

What chainring and wheel set?
Sick. Who makes the wheels?
Flat bars = lame. Need drops to be actually fast
No brake = suicidal
Seat post = obviously too low
