Do you have it with you? Measure it? If you are buying from someone ask them what the sticker or engraving on the BB says.

I mean do you have any information at all about either of them?
Pretty much nothing to go on here

Put the threads of the BB cassette next to the threads of the BB and start turning (in the correct direction). If it is a match it will thread in. If it’s not you’ll spin it for awhile wondering what is wrong.
I mean… yeah, shit is complicated, but I just enjoy reading Sheldon, that guy had such a passion for bikes you can feel it through the screen.
One thing I remember fascinated me is that British-made Ralleighs were threaded fucking imperial thread, while same models made elsewhere had metric.
So see what markings you can find on the bb and what make the frame is and start researching from there.

Ummm initial thought is obvious that is a threaded frame and bb so probably but there are like 50 exceptions to that. More important is what crank you will be installing and exactly what bb that is. There are different shell widths, spindle lengths and offsets which need to be correct for your crank to have proper chainline on your frame.

Wire brush on a drill and clean out the bottom bracket.
