there is nothing necessarily to “fix” it seems you just need to bike more and do more of these 180s to gain bike control/ power enough so that you can get your 180s to where you want them to be, I would start doing 180s off of a small ramp to flat ground and then slowly move to strict flat ground 180s, you can use a little bump on the ground to help you doing the flat ones in the beginning as well.

You’re not turning your head enough to help your body orient the amount of rotation it wants to implement. Right now, your nervous system is fine with the amount it’s giving, but that’s because your head is only turning enough to get about 130 degrees of rotation.
It’s not an egregious amount that needs to occur, because you can overdo it. Just take a minute to fully consider your approach, and where you want to end up after the bunny hop. All action sports are about fluidity, and orienting your body to the position you want to end up after the trick.
You’re doing fine, just commit a bit further to the rotation and put some oomph behind that hop. Remember, if you’re under performing, it’s usually just a result of needing minor adjustments as you go. Then you repeat until it’s natural.

Try going more straight up and down. And getting your back tire higher. It all comes with time. Doing pretty good. Also look where you want to go.
