Hey, it’s Sarah. Welcome to day 15 of my Ireland cycle tour. I had a quick oat breakfast at my campsite this morning. Then I stopped by the corner store and got a coffee. Today I’ll be riding 62 km, but with 933 m of elevation gain today. Today I’m still riding the Ring of Carry, so I had some nice big climbs with lots of beautiful views. I stopped by a lot of stunning lookout places while riding along and saw a few Wild Atlantic Way locations. I stopped by a shop and had a quick snack and drink break before heading down to a beach and getting ready for a very steep climb. The road had a few switchbacks and got steeper and steeper as I went just to stay upright on the bike. I had to like weave back and forth, but it was kind of hard cuz there was also traffic on the road. I did meet another cyclist during the toughest part of the climb and we had a nice chat once we reached the top about how hard that section was. The downhill was fun and went by so fast. At the bottom of the hill, I took a quick ferry and headed towards my campsite. I got a camp right next to the water, which was awesome. But yeah, that’s everything for today. I’ll see you guys tomorrow. Oh, bye.
