I am trying to decide between the Grizl CF 7 and the Grizl CF 8 / ECLIPS. However, I am unsure if the CF 8 is worth the additional cost of nearly €1,300 compared to the CF 7.
The bikes seem very similar to me in terms of features, except for the Canyon ECLIPS technology with the SON dynamo and Lupine lighting.
If you had to choose one, which would you choose? Does anyone have experience with ECLIPS?
I would use the bike for commuting and longer bikepacking tours.

I use my Garmin Varia in the back and a 20€ strap on light in the front. While I think the eclipse is sexy, I don’t think it’s worth the price.
