Wow definitely not normal. Someone drilled it wider for god knows what reason
Absolutely not and this frame is now compromised. Would not ride, only a question of time until cracks start forming from that shit drill job.

I would consider that frame to be compromised to point of needing either:
– a professional repair/assessment
-decommissioning
On the bright side, the bike is def lighter….
