The seller says it’s driven for 5 years and been kept in the garage for 8 years. He claims it runs perfectly well just needs some oil.
Asking 75 bucks. Is it worth ??
I like it has disc breaks and 7*3 gears, also specialized seems like a decent brand… I’m super new and this is my first bike so would appreciate the help!!

I wouldn’t go jumping around with it, it has a lot of rust around the the disks, but 75 for any functioning bike is good anyway.
Maybe try to ride it a little before buying
