Currently replacing the shifter cable, but as I’m doing it I notice that the little red line is off the number by a bit. I am wondering if there is some way to adjust how this works? Or if I can’t? Thank you 🙏

I dont think the red line is adjustable. Looks like it is attached to the shifting mechanism
It was like that brand new. Best thing you could do is scrub the ticks off and paint new ones
