Have an Ultimate CF SL7 where I’m looking to upgrade the wheels. I weigh 175 pounds and live in Texas so mostly flat with climbs here and there. Plan on moving to the midwest where I’ll bike more in the mountains. I bike solo and very casual but looking to enter some casual races.
Which would be the best depth?
Also they give options for freehub would the Shimano 11/12S be the the correct one?
Any help is appreciated as I’m still pretty new to this.

Either one. I would go 57D personally. 57D isn’t too deep and still pretty light.
Choose whatever freehub that matches the groupset you currently have on the bike
What groupset is your bike? Shimano or SRAM? 11 or 12 cogs on the back?

57mm will look cooler. Keep your old front wheel for windy days – 50mm can be sketchy in the crosswinds on my Ultimate.
