I might be wrong, but it looks like you have an internal clamp. I can see the covers for it on the top tube.
I have no special experience with this , but could it be that there‘s a screw hidden under this -what looks like a piece of plastic- lid a few centimeters above the British flag ???
There’s a hex key through the slit at the back of the seat mast. Sometimes the post slips and the interface isn’t accessible
