I might need your help.
I'm looking forward to upgrade my crankset on a Fuji Jari 1.1.
It came with FSA Gossamer Pro AGX+ cranks from factory and a wonderful T47 BB386EVO bottom bracket which is due for an upgrade too.
I want to switch to GRX 600 series 2by crankset. I found a great offer of a 600 series crankset, but it's 12 speed compatible – ~80 EUR brand new.

Would the 12 speed GRX 600 crankset work with my 810 11 speed RD, casette & chain?

Any bottom bracket recommendation that works with 24mm Hollowtech II crankset compatible with a T47 standard frame?

As for the mixability of 12x and 11x GRX cranks: they are virtually the same. Only the chainrings are different. Maybe it is worth it to resell the 12x rings and run the cranks with the right rings?
