I noticed this bright and shiny wear spot on the 52 cog of my new cassette. Only rode about 30km since putting it on. One tough climb I where I used it a lot.
Is this normal or cause for concern that I may have done something during installation? Seems excessive, what is your opinion?

Note: in hindsight it may have occurred during indexing when the chain wouldn’t hold on the 52 and kept throwing back to the 42.
SRAM chainrings have some odd tooth profiles to go with their odd chains. I am not a fan.
That looks normal.
