I’ve got too many bikes and not enough memory for when I last swapped chains, lubed drivetrains, or topped up sealant. So I built a web app — myBikeBuddy — to help me track service history, component wear, and spending. It syncs with Strava automatically, so every ride updates mileage per component. You can log maintenance, set reminders (like sealant replacement), and store receipts or notes.
Although it’s solving a problem for me, I lm wondering if anyone else might find it useful, so I’ve opened it up to anyone with Strava to give a go.
If that sounds interesting, head to myBikeBuddy and hit Connect with Strava to get started.Cheers — happy to answer any questions or hear your wishlist features.

Maintrack does this already.
I assume you must still set the appropriate “Gear” on each activity in Strava?
And is it free?
Some idea’s for you.
Do you allow for one bike with multiple wheelsets
Gravelbike with road and gravel wheelset
Or even
Wheelsets used across multiple bikes:
Road bike with deep wheelset
Time trial bike borrowing the road bike front wheel or wheelset.
Smart trainer as rear wheel but does not add usage to the front whee.
All these options are not available with the normal strava components. Good luck!
