Hi there, so I recently took my Aeroad that I purchased in January to my LBS after I noticed the rear rotor rubbing on the caliper and lost pressure in my rear brake. My LBS told me there was a leak in the caliper and that I should replace it. Great, no problem. They told me that Rival components were back ordered and if I didn’t want to wait I could upgrade to the Force instead. Sure, no problem just want to ride my bike. They called me a week later after installing the new force caliper on the bike and said that there is not enough room for the caliper to sit where the rotor isn’t rubbing constantly and they believe it is a frame issue. Has anyone else run into anything like this?! I can also see on the top of old caliper where it was rubbing on the frame. Here are attached pictures.

Grind the caliper and it’ll fit. It appears it would just need a bit
Have you reported the issue to canyon support? This might be covered by their guarantee as the bike is kinda new
