it’s a bad area to have a dent. i would keep an eye on it and make sure it doesn’t get worse. I’ve had a dent that looked much worse than that, on a similar alu bike, and the bike gave away to fatigue not long after i limped home riding it with a broken wrist.. this one looks nowhere near as bad, but I would exercise caution.

Depends how risk averse you are. I crashed a mountain bike and had the guy behind me run over the rear triangle (steel) bending it badly. I bent it straight and rode it for years after with no problems. If it was in a more critical area around the head tube I would not have kept using it. Hard to tell from a picture but that doesn’t look like it would fail catastrophically.
