Recently acquired this (1988 I believe) Fuji Tivoli. After doing some research and learning about friction shifters, how difficult is rebuilding one of these/getting parts for them? The back wheel has a wobble and rubs against the brake pads so that needs fixing, and there’s some cosmetic issues l’d like to fix. If anyone has owned a vintage Fuji before or can share any knowledge on bike restoration I’d greatly appreciate it.

There are few things on earth simpler to fix than a bike like this. There’s nothing special to Fuji here (in a good way), it uses universal parts which have been in production for decades. Brake pads, bearings, tires, seatpost, rims, etc. – it’s all standard and any bike shop in the developed world will have everything you need.
As for the back wheel, if you want to learn to “true” wheels (as the term goes), there are a million videos that can show you, but you’ll need specific spoke tools (not hard to get). Any bike shop can do it for cheap.
Probably don’t need to get parts. Most of it can be serviced.
if it ends up that the wheels are beyond repair, or if you decide to upgrade, a newer rim brake wheelset, with an 8 speed cassette will work nicely with the friction shifters.
