  1. Yeah, as long as the rest of the lacing is okay, this is just an annoyance. I ran a wheel like this for like 5 years before I took the time to relace it properly. 

    Personally, since you aren’t riding it yet, I’d fix it now. But it’s not a serious issue.

    Technically you’re OK. But for me personally the annoyance would be too much getting reminded of my fault every time I put air into the tire 😅

    You can fix it without starting over ftr, by rotating all the spokes over.
    I’d undo say 4 at a time.
    If you have a bunch of twist or zip ties to spare, you can put one on each final spoke cross to keep things tidier.

    It’s not ‘the way’ to lace wheel, but it’s not going to damage it.

    Having said that if it’s for work I’d relace it as I wouldn’t want to send it out to a customer, and if it’s for me I’d probably relace it as it would annoy me. An hour tops to redo would be worth it for me.
