It appears you are looking for bike fitting help. Please make sure you post as screenshot of the Canyon size chart for your bike, with your point in it. See [this example](https://imgur.com/a/ALUfXyy)

  2. My advice from owning the bike is that it is very long, the top tube. So it has pretty aggressive geometry almost identical to the ultimate. So I would size down maybe if you can try both sizes before hand. I am 179-180 with a 81 cm inseam i ride a small even though canyon recommends an medium and the small feels a bit big.

  3. I’ve now realized that the Grizl has a shorter seat tube than most. Your inseam is more suited for 2XL but because your dot is more to the right, it might feel like that your handlebars are a bit far away.

You can try a shorter stem if you do go for the 2XL but only if needed.

  4. I am on the boundary between M and L. Got the L. It is super stable, rides by itself almost. I never hit the front wheel with my shoes which could have been happening with a large foot and M size. The bike still turns very well and fits between trees. I’m not all legs, so I don’t mind reaching to the handlebar much, but if I had a short upper body I might have chosen M

I have Grizl 7 and I my measurements are almost exactly the same as yours (give or take a centimeter). I also think my arms are rather long. At the end I went for 2XL and I think I should have chosen XL. I even replaced the 100mm stem for 70 mm and I still feel it’s too long. Go for XL.

In your case size down. I went L in a Grizl 7 with my 186/89 cm and could easily have had a M. Might even have preferred it in hindsight

It depends on your riding style and preference. I am on boundary between S and M very similar to your case (in terms of being on the border). I generally like to be stretched a bit on the bike and M was a better choice for me.
I agree with the earlier comments that Grizl has quite a bit of aggressive style although it is technically a gravel bike.
