Hello friends. My name is Gerli. I quit my job, bought a second-hand bike and left Germany on the fifth of June 2025 for an open end adventure. Without a proper plan, I took the initiative to leave my old boring life behind, to find out what it really means to live.
This whole channel is about sleeping outdoors, finding truth and purpose and become the person I truly am, instead of who society wants me to be.

Yeah, I love that. I mean, the night was it was all right. I the was like too many mosquitoes, so we had to uh sleep like this and yeah, with the sleeping bag. So, it was pretty hot. Like, we didn’t really we didn’t really um Yeah, like we didn’t really like get get like bit all but it was pretty hot, you know, due to our safety measures. Yeah. Anyways, look at that. All right, we’re back on track. Everything packed up. Everything on its place. Wow, that was that was that was hard, man, to get all that stuff up there. Especially like the bike and everything without I almost fell one time. Woo! Yeah, that feels so good. So, yeah, we will just go go with the flow, follow the wind, and we’ll be all right. We don’t need the phone. I figured uh we’re better off without it. Yeah, we will just we will just take the road and see if we can I don’t know, man. We don’t we don’t we don’t do anything, man. We just hit the road. Let’s go. They are too fast for us. We cannot. Yeah, they are like professionals, you know, like real athletes and we are just bikes. Yeah. Anyways, I wonder how long this tunnel is. It’s pretty pretty chill to pretty chill to cruise in here. I’ll let you know when I’m out. All right, we just got out of that tunnel. It’s right behind us. Or not really. We’re fast, you know, because the road is pretty pretty good for us. Oh, man. That’s how you ride. Woo! It’s like early in the morning. I don’t know the time, but it’s a very nice temperature right now, so we’ll be going. I’m on my way. How about you? Yeah. Sun is not the enemy anymore. Sun is life. We’re going uphill and it doesn’t even bother us anymore after one month. We don’t care about the mountains. Well, actually, it’s just like hills here, but we don’t want to go up on the mountains again to be honest. We don’t really want to leave Italy. I mean, we’re excited for French, too. France, sorry. But, um, and we are really excited to cross the border cuz it’s always a very nice feeling to cross a border with your bike. But anyways, we love Italy. Look at that beauty. Heat. Heat. Yeah, let’s check out that market. Maybe having some fruits or something or some hydrogen. All right, so this is what we got for breakfast. This was exactly 420 by the way. Uh yeah, I would just do it like that. One second. Like get the bread out, feed the pigeons. Yeah. Yeah. Get your crumbs. Uh, yeah. I mean, it’s pretty obvious what I’m doing, right? And I get the cheese. I just do it like that. Huh? No. No. No. Talking to you. sandwich. M Yeah, we cannot let that opportunity slide. See if it works. Oh no, it’s not working. How about this one? Okay. Yeah, this one’s working. All right, that’s perfect. We will go for a swim and have a shower. Ah. Yes. Ah. Ah. [Applause] Uhhuh. Ah, that’s so much warmer than the water in the mountains. Oh, I could like stay in here forever. and way more salty. Saltier. Yeah, that was way too nice. Now we just enjoying the vibes a little bit longer before having a shower. And life’s good. I still don’t want to leave Italy. Breaks my heart to be honest. Such a wonderful country. Even though they stole my phone, they pick pockets. I still love it. Happy [Music] Yeah, we’re having our second second sandwich. Cheers for the cheese is melting, you know. Got to eat that. And I think we’re pretty close to the French border. I think the next city is called Francia. So I don’t know if that’s already France France or maybe like the city just before France, but we will find out in a bit. Um in the meantime, we are having the second sandwich as I already said and just enjoying the views. I mean like okay here like there just some boats you know nothing special but still we got the ocean you know yeah let me show you one time properly the views are amazing especially when it’s going uphill ah oh man what a If I talk to you soon. Oh [ __ ] we did it, guys. Do you want to see it? I show you. Yes, we did it. Oh man, I should have gone to the supermarket before, I guess. I guess it’s more expensive here, right? Oh man. Oh man. Yeah, I want a coffee. All right, I will sit down somewhere. I will just enjoy my enjoyment the victory of crossing the next border and yeah, see if I can get a coffee somewhere. H maybe there was this our first French coffee to make. And we also got one of these Oh yeah, that’s good. I have to enjoy this very much. I take my time. Let’s see. I just realized Francia that’s a mix between France and Italia. Francia. So that’s the first city. This first French city next to the Italian border. Okay. Okay. All right. We had the coffee. We awake. Let’s Let’s do our first kilometers in France. How about that? All right. So, we just had a little break under a tree. Under a tree again. We didn’t we didn’t fall asleep this time. And yeah, we got nice views again. Like very nice views. This is this a very beautiful city. We’re just pushing our bike a little bit. Um probably going to look for like some proper food. Yeah, like this time I’m very hungry. We crossed the border, so we might as well just eating out somewhere. Oh, what’s that, by the way? That looks cute. Yeah. Anyways, let me get on up on that bike again. Yeah, there’s not much to say. We are doing great so far. Um, we are in France. Uh, I still like I don’t know, but I might just have a pizza or like some some Asian. Uh, I could I could really I I would really enjoy like a peeking duck or something, you know, like or like duck and rice. Yeah, but I will just ride that bike a little longer because I just tried to push it into the city, but it was just like too much human traffic like uh like you know what I mean? Like too many too many people. So yeah, I will head outside a little bit. and just see like uh what France has to offer. Here’s a little bit less traffic now and more more ocean view. So that’s pretty nice. That’s pretty nice. Yeah, I think I think we’re about to leave Francia. Like everything every restaurant is like very expensive, you know, like seafood and [ __ ] like that. I’ve seen one kebab, but I don’t want to eat a kebab at this point. Yeah, we’re just going to leave and see what’s see what’s see what’s happening as always, right? Yeah, we found a supermarket. I just got a little drink. And don’t buy this. Don’t drink this [ __ ] by the way. Uh it’s no no recommendation, but it’s cold and I need I just like that [ __ ] you know? Uh yeah, I’m just sitting here like getting like hiding from the sun a little bit. And after this I’ll be I’ll be pumping the pedals. Yeah, I’ll be pumping the pedals. Get out of that beautiful city and see what else is there. Cheers. Ah, we made it out of the city. Was kind of a bit of a hustle to be honest. I went pretty steep. Policia. [Music] Ah. All right. So, we made it out of the city, but seems like there’s an even bigger city in front of us. Uh, so it will probably take me a while to like really get out. A [ __ ] man. Ah, yeah. I need to stop talking now. I need to catch my breath. And yeah, I got to push a little bit more, I feel like. All right, so wait, let me show you this side. I hope you can see. Yeah, this is uh looking way different than um on the Italian side of the coast. Uh way more expensive already. And yeah, we are heading to Monte Carlo Monaco. You know, this area is will go up like not like uphill but you know up class up class. So, um, yeah, it’s interesting. It’s interesting to see the difference. Uh, I don’t mind it at this point. Like, Italy was beautiful and like we can’t afford that, but we don’t have to. We We We’re going to sleep somewhere at the beach probably anyways. Well, h yeah, we will see. Maybe we get like a camping area because I already told you I need the Wi-Fi pretty soon. I want to uh yeah, I want to upload my second video. But yeah, it’s just I like how like the skyscrapers are still like looking like old, you know what I mean? It’s not like the modern type of skyscraper. So like it’s a little bit old school still. Um yeah, but immediately you can see the difference to the to Italy. Um yeah, and all the big yaks. You see the big big y there on the water. Yeah. Anyways, uh yeah, we will push through that part and we will see what’s going to happen. You know, as always, just have a look. Just showing you the views a little bit. And I’m I’m about to go, but yeah. So, cheers. I hope you appreciate how I how I always risk my life doing that little shots. Yeah, that’s a lot different to Italy now. But it’s still very beautiful. Like look at the style of the houses, you know? It’s giving me like old town vibes with skyscraper level on [ __ ] Yeah. You know what I mean? It’s pretty unique. Woo. Well, is this actually Monaco? I think it is, right? It must be. It’s looks so expensive. I don’t I still don’t have the Google maps, so I really don’t know. But uh I I just passed the casino like somewhere there. I don’t know. Uh the Monte Carlo. Monte Carlo. That’s a casino, right? of Monaco, isn’t it? Yeah. But yeah, it’s crazy. It’s just crazy. It’s got to be Monaco. Yeah. Just for the vibes, you know. Yeah, that’s got to be Monaco for sure. Yeah, I’m pretty positive that this is Monaco to be honest. Wait, I will show you. Right. Like, what else could it be? That’s just no way. It’s like some some small city. I don’t like Monaco. It’s like a thirst and tomb. What does it mean in English? Like a not like a not like like a kingdom, but like kind of like a kingdom, I think. You know, and yeah, we still didn’t eat, by the way. But we got cigarettes and water and Monster Energy, so we’ll be all right. Like we had the sandwiches in the morning. Ah, now we’re just like getting a little bit of shadow shade sitting sitting in the darkness and just figuring out what’s going on in our life, right? So, yeah, that’s like our route. I I hope that’s our route. Going uphill a little bit, but should be all right. Cuz every time we go uphill, we go downhill as well. Yeah. Little car. Oh man. Yeah, we’re not going to stay in Monaco. At least not in this this part of the country here behind us because everything was really expensive. You know, it was like a word word of a difference to the small towns we visited in Italy. Uh food was double priced. Uh we had all the Balenciaga and [ __ ] like that. Again, we have all the yakis and like they even have even like a little horse show down there. I don’t have zoom so you probably can’t see but whatever. It’s nothing interesting. It’s just like some people clapping and some horses jumping. Uh I mean like the the the position is like very beautiful like you got the mountains in the back and the oceans. Um yeah just the ocean, you know. like on the bottom at the bottom. Uh wow. Woo. We are energized today. We really energized today. I feel like we’re doing a lot. You’re not tracking it, but whatever. We don’t care, you know, because past is past and we only care what’s ahead of us. Yeah. Still didn’t catch any Wi-Fi today. So, we’re basically offline. Not basically, like literally offline all the time. And there’s this little train coming again. Yeah, we will see. Maybe some of them are in a good mood today. We will have a little winky winky. Yeah, like three or four people are in a good mood today. Other other ones are probably never in a good mood. They’re just kicking back on their money. Ah, yeah. Whatever. Enough talking. It’s a pretty city, right? Don’t need to beat around the bushes. But to be fair, nothing’s nothing beats the view of the pure ocean. Take a deep breath. Feel the wind on my skin. [Music] This is why we all doing this. The feelings of these little moments what? I don’t know what that is. Institute Oceanographic. All right. Like an oceanic museum or something. Looks pretty impressive. Yeah. Oh, okay. Okay. Sorry. Thanks. No problem. I was forced to put my shirt on. even though I’m that sweaty. But roots are roots, you know. We made We’re not made for roots. But they don’t know that and we don’t have to show them. So, we just put on that shirt and we’ll be all right. Ah, no one’s angry with us. They just don’t know where we’re coming from. Parkour Princess Grace. All right, let’s get in that park. So, it’s not allowed to ride my bike here. I get it every time. I’m always So, we will just have a little walk here this point. Yeah, that’s a pretty nice park. Just Yeah, that’s a pretty nice park, you know, like right at the ocean. It’s pretty hard to film while pushing that bike around. But we are we are made for hard things, right? Oh, look at that. Yeah. Just leave that here for a second. Let’s see. Wow. Wow. That’s us. We love the oneness. Pretty nice little park. You’re in a in a cute little park like that and then you just like walk around the corner and you have an ocean view. I don’t think I’ve had that before. That’s pretty unique. Cool stuff. You know, just what I said. That’s pretty cool. All right, I will sit down here somewhere for a little bit, drink a little bit, maybe even use a toilet. I’ve seen there was a public one. And yeah, I’ll be back soon. number four. Oh yeah. Well, them them sandwiches, they look actually affordable for 650. 50. I mean, considering one one little scoop of ice cream is three €3 free. So, that’s like the same price as two of them. Wow. We don’t really crave for a sandwich right now, to be honest. Oh, this is even 380 on this one for a scoop of ice cream. €3.80 for one scoop of ice cream. All right. So, yeah, that’s it. I will kick back right here under that tree there. And yeah. This was Monaco or this is Monaco. uh very small but um yeah I couldn’t really walk into it like too packed with the bike like I actually I did walk into it or there wasn’t much more anyways just like overpriced food and a lot of people so we are heading out um yeah and see if we can get to Nice somehow that would be awesome Yeah, but first we need to find the way out. That’s got to be it. You know, like uh we’ve been here before. That’s the oceanic museum, you remember? And yeah, so we are going back now. Same way we came.
