It says it uses the CP0048 cockpit. That’s one of the few that can fit the canyon aero bars. Given the aero bar problem of many people with endurace bikes I am confused whether one can fit the cp0048 onto other enduraces, like the ones with CP0030? Any experience? Or is it a mistake from canyon here?

No it’s rather an replacement for the cp0018 version (cf slx). The cp0030 comes with the endurace cf models.
Cp0018 and cp0048 use a completely unique clamping style that requires a cutted steerer shaft with an threaded aluminum insert.
