perfectly dialed before i got new primo omnigaurd 28 t new bb and new chain chain makes this horrendous noise will it go away or do i need to buy another chain, it sounds good when i’m off the bike but i know it’s the chain

Did you change the back hub sprocket as well. The drivetrain stretches’ and gets worn over time, as a rule you should change all 3 at the same time.
Gave you the answer in your previous post. Check your chain line. Differences in the thickness of the sprocket have thrown it out of whack.
My new chain sounded like this as well just ride and it should stretch out, you could play with wheel placement in the dropouts as well.
