Not unless you want a small bit of mud to rub the pain off your fork

Yes. Everything is temporary, including your frame. Scratches are okay. Live a little.

I still see paint on your frame, luckily your frame isnt black. So youll see when youve reached peaked tire once your stays lose their paint

Your rear tire might be able to fit 1-3mm maybe?

Ger a hardtail mountain bike if you really want to go wider. Then put your drop bars on it. Solved

Wht does the manufacturer of the bike say?

Depends if you want to risk fork/frame damage I guess but I’d say no

Take a 6mm allen key and stick it into the gap. For a gravel bike, you should have at least 6mm of clearance all around the tire.
For road bikes, I think the ISO spec is 4mm. My understanding is that you want some room for error on gravel bikes due to mud accumulation. So if you want to tempt fate slightly on your gravel bike, you can grab that 4mm allen.

No, not really. Especially if you get a different tyre with a wider shoulder. They look like schwalbe g-one all-rounds to me and they’re a very round profile. That fits the shape of your frame and fork quite well.

There’s no way to tell without you showing us a picture of the chain stay area

It would help if you said what size you are currently running. You likely cant by the looks of things. Superior XRs can run 45 and it looks like you have 45s.
