They honestly look kind of oversize for the frame – supposedly it's a 19 inch frame, but they don't specify wheel size. Are they old fashioned 26" or am I way off the mark?

Looks like 700c to me
700c probably 32 or 35mm. Probably the right size for you if you’re around 6′
