  1. You can use lye to dissolve the post, maybe the best option at this point. Before that maybe try turning the frame upside down and clamping in a vise then attempting to twist it loose

I had a stuck seat post in a steel frame bike.
I tried removing with chemicals and it didn’t work in the end.
In the end the only way I got it out was by using a sawzall and cutting it out in sections and even then the bits were fused to the frame and needed a bit of a knock with a hammer.
It’s going to be time consuming but take your time take and keep at it.

  3. Cut a hole through whatever sticks out and use that as a lever to see if it can be twisted away.
I see that the metal started folding unto itself and may have been torn near the end of seat-tube. While you drill the hole I would also put a smaller pipe or something inside to give it more rigidity during twisting.
Perhaps also spray some wd40 to help unseize it.

Three cuts with a hack saw blade. You can make a handle or just hold the blade with your fingers, dewalt makes a handle that takes a standard 12″ blade. Three cuts, top to bottom. Hammer a nail or long awl down the seam of the cuts to start a wedge you can peel with. I would soak the cuts in pb blaster or kroil oil for 2-3 days. 3hrs shop time & 3 day job.
