2019 Specialized women’s tarmac disc comp for $2,000. The seller said she’d bring it down to $1,900, but that still feels steep. Bicycle blue book says the value is around $1,500. Is it reasonable for this person to be asking that much or should I be playing hardball?

Depend of how its the market on your place. For example, here were live that bike cost over 2000. I guess the price its not that elevated, its a recent frame and comes with ultegra. If the bike its in good conditions worth it.
