The hubs seem like they’re PAWL- based but no details are available on how many points of engagement they have…

I’d go with a custom set of BTLOS wheels with a similar spec and their hubs for a lot less. You can get them with no inner spoke holes ((no rim tape!). If you’re worried about longevity, I just retired (sold) a set of BTLOS gravel wheels I bought back in 2018 and got a new set, look into BTLOS, you wont be disappointed.
