What do you think about my Setup? It‘s my first long distance ride. Do you think thats too much or enough?
Please be kind when commenting. Im a newbie regarding such long biketravels.
I would add a small bag to the handlebars or toptube for snacks etc., which you can easily reach while riding.

Add stem pouches, top tube bag and half frame bag. Very useful for eating on the bike, storing things that you need quick access to like sunglasses, portefeuille, repair tools, camera. Decathlon have 8 EUR stem pouches and good price/quality frame bags

Nice advice and very useful hint. Repair tools are directly under the saddle as you can see below. Stem pouch for food/drink is also great idea. I installed a small toptube. Half frame bag? Triangle or what do u mean?
I have a similar setup. I find that the Ortlieb rack pack can have a tendency to move backwards, especially if your panniers aren’t full to the brim. I use a ROK strap tied perpendicular across the bag to keep it in place. A bungee would work too.

Already good comments / suggestions here.
I would add:
– do test rides, fully loaded, for real
– think about water (placement on the bike, as it’s pretty heavy/dense, and management, especially if you go full autonomy and/or in a hot weather.

Great to see another Ortlieb fan. I just got the 24 litre rack pack. Is that larger. What rear panniers are those. Like the other post stated. Take your rig for a ride loaded up. I’ve been doing runs most of spring and some summer. It’s hot as F#$% waiting for fall to hit. Carrying 20 pounds on front fork with low rider rack and Ortlieb city roller. Just get out and enjoy.

I would consider adding another hand position for the handlebars but thats just my preference

The rear panniers are also Ortlieb. The Sport Roller Plus.

I would consider if you need all the bags, especially the last red one on the back. Using a small frame bag an ditching the big one would be easier to handle in my opinion.
