  1. Safety wise it is ok though it’s annoying for braking and you might notice a wobble. Check for loose spokes though the dent doesn’t look so bad that you’re likely to have a flat spot.

    There are ways to bend rims back into shape if you look at youtube, using a crescent wrench and a flat piece of metal or hardwood, but w/ a rim brake you’ll never get it back to as smooth as it was…

  2. You could probably bend it back carefully with something flat like a crescent wrench

  3. It’s not dangerous to ride, especially just around town.

    If the brake pulsing is bad, you can straighten the rim somewhat very carefully with smoothjaw pliers or an adjustable wrench.
