Generally not a fan of suspension forks on hybrid bikes, they just add weight for no real benefit for the sort of riding that hybrids actually get used for. If, however, you’re looking at getting the GT from a proper local bike shop for the same sort of money as the Diamondback from a department store, then I would probably go for the GT. Assuming it fits.
