  1. Don’t let the bar turn last that long. The longer they’re turned, the more the bike pivots in a circle and you lose speed.

    One way to implement this is to just pull up on the bare higher. Remember it’s just like a straight hop: you’ll only go as high as you pull your front tire. Exaggerate that pull up early, and just leaning while you pop should be enough to get you the 180.

    Im not a BMXer but a skateboarder. I know ‘half cab’ is a 180 in skateboarding. Is it because of the skate trick or does it have its own meaning in BMXing. Steve Caballero did a 360 in a comp and thats called a full cab hence half cab for a 180. Not being a dick, just asking.
