I’d choose the Factor Monza all the time over the BMC Teammachine, but that’s personal preference.
Factor Monza all day, I’ve seen it in the flesh very closely.
Request the in-line seat post, if that means anything to you.
The handlebar size/width should be carefully chosen for you. It’s an integrated one-piece, so it’s a decision that will save you from pain later.
The Factor looks amazing and I would pick it. But I would definetly buy propetery parts now before I cant get them later on when I have issues, but thats me
