  1. Did you already remove the non-drive side? That will remove preload from the bearings and could make it easier to turn.

  2. You’re fine. Easy solution is to use some kind of impact tool and hammer it around and out.

    Hardcore solution drill drill two holes quite far out but not into the threads. Insert two stout bolts or similar and wrench it around.

    Heat on the frame helps.
