Hey, I’m starting next week and can’t decide between these three routes. I’m looking for quiet roads, nice scenery, and as little traffic as possible. Which one would you go for?
First one, just pay attention to distances as it’s pretty remote.

I did the part from the north of the Baltic sea to the nordkapp. It’s mainly forest and forest so If I had to pick, I’ll choose the third option to see something else for the first part of your trip.

Check also potential wind direction, food, and maybe animal areas. Also huts where you could stop. Maybe also decide on the run. I’d like to plan a route and the rest is gonna happen and your not stuck with a “plan”.

Not knowing anything about these routes, I’d choose the last one for the sake of riding on the coasr for a while.

Third one is probably the best, but the first one goes around some of the greatest lakes, which might be very appealing also.

Personally? I’d select Route 3 as I am a big fan of coastal routes. If you don’t like the coast though it may not be the one for you a nice compromise is route 2.
Given the geopolitical situation route 1 makes me uncomfortable.

Maybe ask in biketouring subs. They are the experts for quiet roads.
I would take 3, way more room to russia
Either 1 or 3. Personally I am so familiar with the coast route, that I might take the eastern route.
Have you considered the Eurovele routes?

How long would this take?
Depending on whether it is mosquito time, 1 or 2.
