Presta valve on TPU tube farts and only lets air out very slowly. I can pump it up but the pump has to get to ~80 PSI before the tube (at ~50) starts accepting air. Anyone know what’s going on? Should I be fine to continue riding on it assuming I get it pumped up fine?

dude what? just ride it and bring a spare for when/if it fails.
edit: nvm i see what you are saying about the pump/tube pressure. sounds like a faulty valve/core. should be fine to ride though until it fails though.
Ali express tube? I had a few do this.
Is it twisted inside the tyre?
is this tubeless tire? if so, maybe the there is sealant dried up in the valve. or as u/machinationstudio said, maybe twisted inner tube. i have you have a valve core tool with you on your multitool, incase you have remove/reinstall the core
Are those ridenow tubes ? They’ve been weird on me as well lol
Might have tire slime in it.
Problem with the valve? You can try to replace the valve core. Make sure to not overtighten the new one. The plastic valve stems are delicate.
