Looks like a [klunker mtb](https://theradavist.com/wende-cragg-early-mountain-bike-photos) with a suspension fork. State Bicycle Co’s Klunker is similar but the reinforcing tube goes to a different spot. Might be a true in spirit klunker which would be a cruiser bike converted to a single speed MTB klunker. The chain guard makes me think that.
