  1. Need the key for the lock. It’s fidlock they make stuff so people cannot steal parts. If you bought it used ask the owner for the key. Otherwise you have to send a photo to the company so they can make you a new key

    You have a security head on the clamp-you need the specialty corresponding tool that fits within the three splines to loosen it

  3. Cut it where the shaft of the security bolt is exposed, in the middle between the 2 sides of the clamp. Then you will be able to replace it with a new regular bolt.

    A hammer and punch will back this off easily, replace with a normal bolt or collar

  5. If you’ve got access to a Dremel and a cutoff wheel that’s probably the easiest, cut the middle of the bolt. Use the wheel that has a grid pattern to it, it is a lot less likely to shatter. Brace your hand on the bike somehow when you are cutting,and avoid any movement other than into the cut–don’t twist, tip or slide.
