I recently bought a 1up Heavy Duty bike rack off of Facebook marketplace and love it but I am concerned that the locks her gave me with the rack are too long. I know he had just bought a Super Duty and perhaps had mixed up the locks but I'm not sure the lock length is any different. I'm comparing this to pictures I see online (picture 3).

Does it lock?
I wouldn’t really trust those locks. Someone could just pull your acles and make off with your frame.
It looks like you got the one for the fat tire model
You will need this one mate .

I think mine is that long. I’ve actually never used it though. I forgot I had it. But the rack looks like an equip D.
That’s the standard 1up lock, usually used for locking the rack to the car at the hitch. In my experience they’re a bit big like that.
I guess it makes for a decent bike lock too. It won’t defeat a determined thief but will make them try the car parked next to you which is hopefully an easier target.
If you’re worried about the wobble damaging something or don’t like the sound then take the lock to a hardware store and pick up some rubber or nylon washers.
Really not a fan of the 1up rack for a few reasons but this being one of them. Someone else said it but those locks really just lock your wheels to the rack. 6mm Allen key and 30 seconds and you’re without a bike.
On the regular 1up it should be snug on both sides
