After moving to the Netherlands, I understand why everyone is obsessed with biking here. What’s wild is how organized traffic is for bikes. Dedicated signals, clear signs, smooth roads. Everything just flows. It feels safe and like you’re actually considered a priority. The bike paths here are next level. They’re not just in cities. They go alongside highways, connect small towns, and cut right through scenic fields. Parking a bike never a problem. There are bike racks literally everywhere, even at grocery stores and train stations. It’s way less stressful than trying to park a car. One of my favorite things is the biking community here. It’s huge. You see people biking in every kind of weather, which honestly motivates me to bike more, too. Biking here gives me a daily dose of nature. Whether it’s a quiet ride through the forest or past canals and farms, it makes getting around easy and enjoyable.

Biking in NL is the best part of The Netherlands. Probably it's the thing which keeps me here 🤔😏
