Stage 20 of the Tour de France 2025 isn’t in the Alps or Pyrenees, but don’t be fooled — the 184.2km ride from Nantua to Pontarlier still could shake things up. We preview the stage. #TDF

2025 Tur to France stage 20 heading north into the Jura Mountains Pontar. This stage, well, it could confuse you when you’re looking at it on the map. None of those high passes of the Pyrenees and the Alps, but plenty of tough racing all day at 700 800 m in altitude for these climbs all up and down. Many of them uncatategorized, but we have four categorized climbs on the day. And that last one, Pontter Lelay, coming in for the finish. It’ll be a rough and tough stage. The type of stage that I would have said would have suited Remco Evanapool if Remco was still in the 2025 Tour to France. Unfortunately, he’s out. Every stage suits Ted Pogachar. Will he go for victory? He needs one in the yellow jersey. He hasn’t won in a while. If he’s waiting for Paris, we don’t know. Let us know down in the comments. Who do you think’s going to pull off this liazgeon leazge type stage? Will it be Tatt Pagachar in yellow? Will it be a surprise winner from an escape? Will it be another Ben Oconor opportunity? Drop down in the comments. 2025 Turf France stage 20 Pontier.
