Fill the hole with epoxy and cut a new slot in.
Clean and file and clean. Then fill it with superglue. Then cut out the original shape with a knife
For a while, when these interfaces were commonly overused, I had a quarter-sized washer brazed to a screwdriver handle.
That said, what type of company develops a product that doesn’t have a standardized tool to open it?
Like others have said, fill with epoxy and re-do a new interface.
