I bought an Endurace 7 CF SLX last week. When I unpacked it, I noticed that the rubber seal on the inlet for the seat tube was damaged. After a short ride the damage got a bit bigger. A second crack appeared.
Do you think that this problem could have a negative impact on riding safety or lead to damage to the frame?
I have written to Canyon and am looking forward to their reply.

My new endurance had the same problem. Canyon said I could take it in to an authorized shop for repair. I don’t have one close so I told them to ship it to me with instructions and I could do the repair. Waiting on their response.
We’ve had a few posts with this very issue.
Was it from the outlet or brand new?
