Hello! I am very new to bikepacking and have just realized that my particular mountain bike is not the best for installing frames or racks OR attaching bags that aren’t custom fit. Does anyone have any experience with outfitting this bike or a similarly designed frame? I’m looking for pictures, advice, anything online and coming up empty handed. Thanks!

Ortlieb quick rack has an adapter kit for bikes without any mounts. You could also go for a saddle bag and 2 fork panniers + handlebar bag. I believe they make some fork panniers which you can strap around the fork.
And I think they also sell some plates with extra bolt holes. Can’t find the right term. Something like a fender mount adapter.
Oh and jack the rack for a frontrack but I don’t think I would use it for bikepacking.
