Which kona is this?

Looking at this used Kona. They are asking 1000cad and claimed they paid 1800 years ago. Frame is 6061. Needs a tuneup and possibly new tube in the back. Thinking of offering 800cad. Wondering what bike this is and what it should be worth. Thanks.
