Is the bearing race cracked, or just grimy? Looks cracked to me. I believe you can replace them, but not 100% certain.

Hi! 22 year bike mechanic here and BMX rider. First photo looks dirty. Second photo looks like the race is cracked. If the race IS NOT cracked go to your local bike shop and get bearings, axle and hardware and you’re good to go. If the race IS cracked you can potentially remove them and the reach out to a machinist to put a bearing seat in there to replace the loose bearings with sealed bearings, a new axle and hardware.
