Restoration looks like it would be a seat, cable and some elbow grease. Totally worth cleaning and replacing those things. I don’t think you could ever spend more restoring it than it would be worth.

Break out the Bar Keeper’s Friend and polish it up, bro! Add a touch of water to make it a paste and have a soft rag to wipe without scratching. Those Cook Bros are one of the best OG brands in my opinion.
