    Yeah that looks awfully off center
    Idk abt the build quality tho (majority of shimano derailleurs that I’ve used have been quite bulletproof) but I’d go and contact the seller and possible ask for another one. That looks way too bent

    Shimano rear derailleurs are never flat. They have been like this for years. It’s to improve the chain line when you’re on the big end of the cassette

    It is not bent, there is an angle between the guide pulley and the tension pulley by design

  4. It’s on purpose so the derailleur sticks out less so is less likely to hit something. As long as it doesn’t hit your spokes it’s fine.

    I don’t know about Cues as well but my XT doesn’t look like that and I would consider it bent.
