I wouldn’t mind those marks on the rims. Wheels are there to be used and will look much “worse” within a few rides. For the frame I would try to get some kind of compensation…

  3. Don’t See any issue there, These „marks“ are at Most cosmetic, a few rides in you wont even know which one were old and which are new

I rode 120k with my new Hunt Aerodynamicist rims yesterday and they’re already showing signs of wear so I’d say get used to it. It’s a lot of surface on these kinds of rims and small particles at high speed will damage them, it’s just that easy if you’re not always riding on clean pavement or concrete.

  5. „Need it urgent for two races“ but asks Reddit about some cosmetic scratches that will be there after two rides whatsoever

  6. That looks “normal” to me. It could be a typical manipulation, wheel movement inside the box, etc. Only cosmetic, and they will end up similarly when you start using them. I didn’t pay attention to my wheels when I took them out of the box, but most likely, they had some scratches.
