Hello everyone, Yesterday I received my new Speedmax CFR Di2 in Vapor Black. When I first opened the box, I just ran my hand over the frame for the hell of it. I wanted to welcome my bike 🙂 I immediately noticed that the seat tube on the left side has a really rough surface, from the top where the seatpost inserts to the bend where it meets the seatstays. Only on the left. There's also a noticeable "edge" in the bend itself. My guess is that at least the clear coat is missing here, if not another layer of paint. I didn't unpack the bike any further, as that's a bit too extreme for a 10k+ bike. I'll try to contact support on Monday. My problem is that I have a MD in one week and a LD in six weeks. I urgently need the bike for this. Does anyone know this issue or have a tip for me on how I can quickly find a solution?

Cosmetic. If you need it, take a little refund canyon is gonna offer and ride it. Otherwise send it back and you won’t have a bike for your race.
